Neoteric Contracts Ltd is run by Chris Balham and David Pugh, who have over 45 years experience in the building trade.

David gained experience as a carpenter and has worked on many types and sizes of jobs ranging from domestic through to commercial.

Neoteric Contracts have also worked on numerous loft conversions and barn conversions and many new build houses.

Over the years we have used a variety of networking tools to build a portfolio of highly skilled trades to suit all manor of situations and selected finishes required by our numerous clients.

We are based in Southend, Essex and cover London and all of East Anglia within both the commercial and domestic markets.
