Our asbestos expert, Grant Zdanczuk, started work in the Asbestos Industry in 1999 as a Trainee Asbestos Removal Operative and since then has worked his way through various job roles up to management level working for fully licensed contractors and removal companies. Grant has worked on many large projects for various licensed contractors at the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament), Kensington Palace, The Royal Albert Hall and various foreign state Embassies, various Hotel chains such as Hilton and Thistle, various NHS trusts, prestigious education buildings at Eton and Harrow and Brookhouse UK (Fit out, Education sector) for Drakemoor Ltd. Grant is fully qualified with a Level 4 Diploma in Asbestos Contract Management. He annually sits the ARCA Contract Manager refresher course to keep up with industry’s best practices.
